Do you ship internationally?
At this time, international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 20 days of the order date. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns Page and enter your order number and zip code. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label or QR code to drop off at your local USPS location.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we process the refund within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product & Fit

How should I care for my shoes?
Avoid direct sunlight or heat when shoes are not on your feet, as this may cause shrinkage. Try shoes on over a clean, soft surface. Store them in a cool, dry place to preserve shape and quality.  Wash your shoes with cold water, not the leather straps are NOT water resistant.
