Typecast Return and Exchange Policy

Introduction

This Return Policy forms a part of our Terms of Service. Typecast only accepts returns and exchanges from purchases made on typecastbrand.com. If a product was purchased at another retailer, it must be returned or exchanged where it was purchased.

Restrictions

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following restrictions. To be eligible for a return all items must:

  • Returns are accepted if made within 20 days of the order date;
  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date;
  • Goods must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received; and
  • Must have all tags, including original packaging materials.

The order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from us. We will not accept returns made after 20 days. We will not accept exchanges made after 30 days. We will not accept returns or exchanges for used, dirty or damaged goods and goods returned under these conditions will not be processed. If you are going to try on your shoes for fit and comfort, please wear them on a clean soft surface like carpet.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the items do not meet our Return Policy requirements. We want you to be happy with your purchase, however an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may result in suspension of your account and/or rejection of future orders from you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start an online return and/or exchange

  1. Click [here] to start a return
  2. Enter the order number and delivery address zip code for your order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return. You will receive an email confirming your return submission along with a QR Code or Prepaid shipping label.
  3. Print the prepaid return label or use the QR Code at your local US Post Office
  4. It is preferable that you reuse the original shipping carton your order arrived in to ship back the return or exchange. Place the shipping label on the return package and scan at a Post Office window or kiosk.
  5. If you are exchanging your order. The exchange order will be automatically triggered once your return begins tracking.

Please keep tracking number on hand to ensure that we receive your package.

Lost shipments are not the responsibility of Typecast. Return fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders.

Refunds & Processing

Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received at our warehouse. Credit will be posted 1-5 days after the date of processing. You will be notified via email.

Shipping charges will not be included in the refund. Any insurance charge will not be included in the refund.
